Support groups have proven to be an important part of our healing journey. Through our support groups, women and men find true connection with others as we share our stories in an authentic and safe environment. Our support groups meet weekly. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance for our support groups.
Join a Support Group
We provide a safe space for people who are dealing with a host of issues such as trauma, grief, loss, addiction, depression, anxiety, stress, and many more life altering situations.
We also find that some attend just for the support of others. We offer education and awareness on many issues during our meetings. We find that our participants make life changing connections and authentic relationships.
About Our Groups
If you are struggling, and feel like you can’t do this on your own, join us! You don’t have to walk through life alone.
Our support groups create a wonderful atmosphere for people to create connection with one another. Through transparency and vulnerability, attendees begin to form authentic and healthy relationships. This becomes a crucial source of support. We can’t do life alone.
During our support groups we discuss various topics that help us grow individually, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. This leads to wonderful times of honest and open discussion. As we learn together, we are able to recognize the growth in these areas of our lives.
Daily stress, emotional processing, and trauma is stored in the body, and can affect our mental and emotional health. Every other week we begin our support group with a short beginner-level yoga session that has amazing effects. You don’t have to be an expert at all to do this. Join us!
Our highest priority within our support groups are creating a confidential and safe atmosphere for each attendee and their story. We believe that our stories are powerful and each story is sacred. Our support groups are a safe and welcoming place to share and connect with others.

Everyone is welcome to our groups. Our groups are open groups, which means you can come or not come at any time. Even though our stories are different, we find great joy in relating with each other.
Sometimes people attend just because they are passionate about the topics we discuss. Others come because they have a family member or friend who struggles with the topics we discuss. Everyone is welcome.
For the Exhale group, we start the beginning of every other Thursday with a simple beginners yoga class. We believe that our minds, hearts, and spirits are very connected with our bodies. You do not have to be a yoga expert in any way to attend! You can even come and just watch if you prefer. The rest of our meeting time looks different each week. Many weeks we have a different topic that we discuss or learn about, but we also make sure to have plenty of open share time for each participant. My sessions with Leah have been amazing! Going into coaching, I didn’t think of myself as someone who had experienced much trauma, and so I wasn’t sure what exactly we were going to talk about. But Leah helped me understand how my childhood and even more current circumstances shaped the way I view the world – often in an incorrect way. I soon learned that everyone has trauma – little or big – and that often we need someone to help us break free from it. Leah asked great questions and supported me in doing the hard work of beginning my journey of healing. My perception of the world has changed, and this has enabled me to have healthier relationships with friends, family, and God. I feel more confident in being a part of the world around me and have a better grasp of how to deal with difficult circumstances that may arise in the future. I am so thankful for Leah’s help!
Leah has been a huge support to me as I have navigated the healing process from complex developmental trauma, CPTSD, anxiety and depression, as well as the implications of those diagnoses within my relationships. Her expertise in trauma recovery has been immensely helpful in exploring what modalities best support my individual healing, and her compassion and care is unmatched. I have participated in trauma recovery sessions with her, and she has even attended doctor’s appointments to help me manage medication and medical trauma. I highly recommend Limitless, Inc. for trauma recovery and relational interventions.
I am humbled and awed at this organization! Their passion to bring acceptance, freedom, vulnerability, and forward motion in the lives of others is both inspiring and admirable. Limitless meets people right where they are. No matter how hopeless or at the end of your rope you may feel, limitless is willing to go down in the depths and sit with you in your pain and heartache. They bring support, solutions, empathy, strategy, wisdom, and hope to each encounter with their clients. If you need support, reach out to them, you will be SO glad you did!
