Frequently Asked Questions
If your life is in immediate danger, we urge you to call 911 or get to a safe place as soon as possible. If you are actively suicidal, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255. You may be dealing with a different kind of crisis and need our services or help. Please contact us via our website, or call us at (405)269-1374 and we will respond as soon as possible. Many times our clients come to us in moments of crisis and in need of coaching. Please also see our coaching page for more info.
Yes, we can. We have a long history of working with young people, and will come up with a plan of care and assistance alongside you and your child that will help. We encourage parents to attend the first and/or second meeting, but allow their child to build a relationship with us, and have one on one sessions without parents present. We have found that young people respond well to this and open up more this way.
We believe it’s very important to utilize the wonderful local resources that are made available and specialize in such things. If we are not able to help you, we have a strong referral network and will refer you to an agency or person who can help. In certain cases, we may be able to help directly, but this is after an assessment of each situation.
